By accessing or using likkle.store and placing orders, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Likkle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
All product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device screen will display them exactly as they appear in person. Slight variations are not grounds for return unless the item significantly differs from its description.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our WhatsApp confirmation message. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including:
Full payment is required before orders are dispatched. For Pay on Delivery, payment must be made in full upon receipt of goods.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Likkle is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Our Returns & Exchange policy forms part of these Terms. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated conditions.
Participation in the Likkle Dropshipper Programme is subject to separate Dropshipper Agreement terms. Dropshippers are independent resellers and not employees or agents of Likkle. Dropshippers are solely responsible for their own marketing, customer communications, and compliance with applicable laws in their operating areas. Likkle reserves the right to terminate dropshipper accounts for violation of programme terms.
All content on likkle.store including logos, images, text, and brand identity is the intellectual property of Likkle. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission. The Likkle name, logo, and brand elements may not be used by dropshippers or third parties except as explicitly permitted under our Dropshipper Programme terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Likkle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
