WhatsApp us your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason. We'll respond within 2 hours during business hours.
We'll review your request and send you a Return Authorisation number. Do not send items back without this — we cannot process unauthorised returns.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags intact. Write your Return Authorisation number on the package. Drop off at an agreed courier point or arrange pickup.
Once we receive your item, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. For exchanges, your replacement is dispatched immediately. For refunds, payment is processed within 3–5 business days.
